It is powered by N2O to infuse flavors not only into plain water but into a variety of beverages. 

How does it work? 

It works when N2O is released into the liquid, once the N2O bubbles burst upon impact with the surface of the liquid. The burst breaks down the flavor compounds which results in the infusion of taste that combines with the actual liquid. This action effectively infuses into water,  sodas, wine, and other drinks. Turning stale-tasting drinks into lively and flavorful concoction.
